Kladow social services centre
Building directly on the Havel River
The Vitanas Kladow is a fully inpatient residential facility, and offers 120 places for adults with intellectual disabilities. The residents are divided into 16 residential groups. The rooms have many large terraces with a unique view of the Havel River. The 20,000 m2 grounds of the social services centre are used for projects, celebrations and a wide variety of activities, and are available to all residents as a place of retreat.

The building at lake Wannsee
The Kladow social services centre is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Havel River, and is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Kladow. Berlin city centre and Potsdam are also within easy reach. It is owned by the Group’s real estate business (UPWIND Holding).
